I attended Colorado State University and received BS in Horticulture in 2003. I am passionate about plants, animals and natural living. Becoming a Doula was the beginning of my path to assisting families in pregnancy, birth and postpartum. I have also received training and certification as a Lactation Counselor through the Academy of Lactation Policy and Practice. It is an honor for me to support women on their journeys into motherhood.
In 2016, I attended the Holistic Yoga School and deepened my practice by becoming a registered yoga teacher through the Yoga Alliance. Weaving my passions together, I offer yoga for fertility, pregnancy and hormone support. At the Women’s Clinic, I teach: Labor Coping and Relaxation Skills, Childbirth 4 Week, Sibling Preparation, Prenatal Yoga, Mom & Baby Yoga and Mom & Tot Yoga.
