Instructor Profile GABE
Gabe, his wife, and their son are Colorado natives that love road trips and the outdoors. He's been teaching in one-on-one and group environments over the last 6 years and finds helping others to be one of the most fulfilling and rewarding things in life. All it took was one visit to BootCamp for New Dads and he knew he'd be back, so it's no surprise he's leading it now.

When it comes to pregnancy and childbirth, if he could share one thing, it would be this: "Have a Plan A and a Plan B but be prepared for the possibility of Plan Q, and don't worry, it'll all be Okay."

Instructor Profile JENNIFER HOOVER-ZORICH
Jennifer has been working with families as a doula and childbirth educator for ten years. She is a licensed massage therapist, a certified lactation counselor, a Birthing From Within mentor, doula and a mother of three children. Education and support during the childbearing year are Jennifer's passions. Her goals as an educator are to help families discover their unique path through pregnancy, birth and parenting and support them with compassion on their journey. Jennifer currently teaches Birthing From Within, the Childbirth Education series, and Breastfeeding classes at The Women's Clinic.

"For each woman, the most important things she needs to know will be different. I would encourage a mother to ask herself, ‘What do I need to know to give birth?' Her answer must be found within, not given to her by an expert. Each mother needs to find her personal, heartfelt question."~ Pam England
