Greeley Location- Opening January 2019

We are thrilled to announce that we will open a location in Greeley in early 2019. Dr. Jennifer Reeve will be our ‘anchor’ physician and there will also be appointments available with Certified Nurse Midwives and a Nurse Practitioner. Our new , 5,000 square-foot space will be located at 7251 20th St., Suite K in Greeley. We will be close to the UCHealth Greeley Medical Center opening 2019. We are taking new appointments soon.
